It's the small moments that mean the most...

My wonderfully talented friend Mallory, decided to take her camera along on a walk with our kidders today.  Some of us are blessed to have perfect vision while others are graced with the talent of capturing tender moments behind the lense of a camera.  Mallory knows just how to capture the smallest moments and make them last forever.

After looking at these photos with the hubby we realized just how bittersweet these photos really are.  The playground we are playing at is Amos McDannel.  Andrew and I both have photos of us as young children playing in the same dirt that our baby now dusts off his little fingers.  I didn't think of it at the time... we were just excited that we could take the kids somewhere no one would be.  But who knows... by the time E is ready to go to school there may not even be a playground there anymore.

So as our little boy grows up... we are thankful for the small moments captured by the camera lense of a good friend.  Thanks Mal!!!
